This site explains what the professor was saying, and this sites gives a lot of information on writing on a good cover letter. There's also a few tips that the site gives you to improve your cover letter, plus warning as well and other stuff like videos. Also, this websites gives out sample cover letters to look at. But, watch the video kinda goes into more details with the cover letter so many sections too. It's also edited too so, careful, but great and useful advice like researching your company and more, but check it out!
What I personally think of this sites very useful advice and video is very helpful. It's goes more depth in the cover letter what to included or not. Also, the important think is too proofread it's very important, and this site kinda helps you on that I think it's great. Useful tips I got was keep it short and simple don't stretch out too two pages long, because the employers only look at it for 8-10 seconds.

This site is also very good because it's goes through the steps. Also, give you useful and interesting tips on the side of the page to help you with the cover letter. I personally think that this site is great, because it's explains everything for you and stuff. The useful advice that the site gives you is "Address the letter to the contact
person or to the Human Resources Director."

Pretty good sites as well because it's goes into more important, but I feel like this site is the best one to look at to be honest with you. Gives you the elements on the letter too with the paragraphs and structure base. Also, gives you final tips too, but I think it's really good same with the first link. This site is cool and very informational too.
